Description: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arcus_Novus

Descripcion foto: The Arcus Novus was dedicated to Diocletian either for the occasion of his 'decennalia' in 293 AD (festivals celebrated with games every ten years by the Roman emperors), or his 'triumph' celebrated with Maximian in 303–304 (a civil ceremony and religious rite to publicly celebrate and sanctify the success of a military commander).
