It is very different from the traditional Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun which is usually stuffed with shrimps and served wet. We are Chee Cheong Fun normally served dry and with some green chili pickles. Many Malay delicacies can also be found in Anson Town. These include ‘mee rebus’ Mastan Ghani, a boiled noodle dish served with a moderately spicy and sweet gravy, Mee Jawa, Nasi Kandar, Satay, Fruit Rojakand Soya Bean curd. Another attraction is a beverage made of rose syrup mixed with coconut milk or milk called Ais Bandung.
