2025-09-12 "Phosphor" chemical/oil tanker near Primorsk

Description: According to Astra sources at the MChS, a UAV crashed at Dock No. 8, where the Phosphor tanker was moored under the flag of Hong Kong, loading diesel fuel. A fire broke out, and loading operations were stopped. The tanker is seen moving away toward Ust-Luga, so the damage was probably minor.
