Detailed description: The project of building and equipping a boxing ring and a gym in the Chibolya slum in Lusaka, notorious for its frequency of sociopathological phenomena, followed on from earlier Czech activities. Similar to the low-threshold center, which started its activities in Chiboly in 2012 thanks to support from the Czech Development Cooperation, the boxing gym offered an attractive way to use the free time of socially disadvantaged youth who are exposed to the dangers of drug abuse or child crime. In addition, the gym provides a unique opportunity for affordable sports activities on site.
