You work with a few of them including Michael Werner, the owner of the clinic as well. They do diagnostic tests, Doppler scans etc. They test your pelvic floor strength and then make a custom treatment plan for you specifically. They also give you different types of blood flow pills just so your anxiety goes down and you remember what it’s like to have a raging boner again. My only caveat is that he only says it’s pelvic floor disfunction that causes this which in my personal case is not true. My pelvic floor spasming did get better but that didn’t help my failure to store issue or the overall numbness I still have. But it did help a lot. I felt castrated before and I was able to get pretty good erections at a point. I was also like 22 so having this issue in my sexual prime didn’t help. I took it upon myself to do a lot of research and I took it upon myself to present research to get my pudendal nerve tested and other things that I found in forums. Michael is very accommodating and also informed me on reasons why it wasn’t other diagnoses I had cone across. The treatment is the same across both clinics. After they get you back to baseline you go back for PT and they give you exercises you can do at home in perpetuity."
