He earned his B.S. degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1989 and his D.D.S. — Doctor of Dental Surgery– from the State University of New York at Stony Brook Dental School in 1993. He received his advanced residency training in General Practice from the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens in 1994.
